Since 2003, CCG & Associates Consulting, Inc., a consulting firm specializing in small business consulting, sales training, growth strategies, an new business development has successfully thrived under the leadership and direction of its President, Fredia Pryor.

Ms. Pryor's extensive background includes work across a multitude of industries for companies both large and small.  Ms. Pryor understands the unique challenges that small businesses face in today's tough business climate because she, as well,  is a small business owner.  In addition to serving as the President of CCG & Associates Consulting, Inc., Ms. Pryor is also the Executive Director for the Minority Training and Resources Organization, Inc., a Non-Profit Organization that provides funding for minorities working toward completing their GED. The MTRO, Inc., also funds college admission fees for those working with her program.

Prior to her success as a business owner, Ms. Pryor was an educational recruiter for several of the major proprietary colleges in Texas.  As the need for private and more specialized education grew, Ms. Pryor made it her mission to reach out to those individuals who had the ambition to be successful.  She was responsible for recruiting, interviewing, touring and preparation for class orientations. During her tenure, her hard work and dedication led to a record number of students beginning and obtaining the education needed that otherwise, may have been impossible.

Lastly, Ms. Pryor has worked closely with many small business owners to coordinate monthly networking events to promote effective business-to-business networking.  She has supported artist and musicians in their quest to make the necessary contacts needed to achieve their goals.  She has organized several  open-mic events to provide a place for local artist to share their talent, while having the opportunity to perform live for an audience.  Ms. Pryor is a firm believer that "Every one can work for themselves; they simply need the resources and tools to do so." Ms. Pryor enjoys sharing her experience and knowledge in success coaching, financial planning, marketing, business development, with those looking to seek EXCELLENCE personally or in their organization.

In addition to her consulting practice, Ms. Pryor is a proud member of the National Association of Professional Women. (NAPW) The National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) is one of the most exclusive and rapidly growing associations of female executives, professionals, and entrepreneurs in the United States.
